中國海洋大學學報·自然科學版雜志論文格式要求：
①文稿標題層次用阿拉伯數(shù)字分級編號，如1級標題用 1……，2級標題用1.1……，余類推。通常設2至3級，不超過4級。文內標題力求簡短，一般不超過15個字。
②摘要:論著性文章需附中、英文摘要，中文摘要400字以內，英文摘要250個實詞左右。摘要包括目的、方法、結果、結論4部分，各部分冠以相應的標題，摘要采用第三人稱撰寫。英文摘要還應包括文題、文中所有作者姓名（漢語拼音）、單位名稱、所在城市及郵政編碼，其后加列國名。
③注釋主要指釋義性注釋，是對正文中某一特定內容的進一步解釋或補充說明。
④圖表每篇文稿附表一般不超過4 個。表題置表的上方，表注置表的下方。一般使用三線表（即頂線、表頭線、底線），如有合計項，可以加一條分界欄線。
⑤來稿應包括題目、摘要、關鍵詞、正文和參考文獻，正文標題和序號可分若干層（一、??（一）??1.??（1）??）。參考文獻著錄采用“順序編碼”制。
